Control

  • Configuration Management - identify, control, maintain and verify versions of configuration items
  • Release Management - ensure all technical and non-technical aspects of a release are reviewed for integrity and impact before making a change to an IT Service

Manage

  • Capacity Management - work with the client to understand future business needs, operations and infrastructure to ensure all current and future capacity requirements are being delivered
  • Continuity Management - support the client’s Business Continuity Plan (BCP), with an overall goal to recover, operate and supply business critical IT Support on an agreed upon timeframe and level of functionality
  • Service Catalog - create a document or database of specific IT Services provided, how to access and deploy them
  • SLA - maintain and improve quality of business aligned IT Service through a constant cycle of reporting, analysis and review and removal/remediation of unacceptable levels of service
