- Screen
Our comprehensive recruiting and screening process includes phone screening, face-to-face interviews, background checks, drug screening, reference checks and soft-skills assessments. Candidates may also be required to pass a technical screen and/or assessment with a subject matter expert.
- Deploy
Qualified candidates are either deployed to your site or added to our growing talent database.
