Technisource has a longstanding relationship with the Help Desk Institute (HDI), and has participated extensively in associated industry forums and standards committees.

Our National Practice Director for Support Services has served on the HDIs Strategic Advisory Board, and our subject matter experts are frequent guest speakers at national and local Support Industry conferences such as the HDI Annual Conference and Expo.We employ a number of HDI-certified trainers in order to equip our staff with the knowledge, skills and best practices.

Technisource’s Mechanicsburg, PA Help Desk Service Center was recently awarded the 2011 Team Excellence Award for External Support, which evaluated all aspects of our Help Desk capabilities, processes and customer service results.
