Responsibilities
As the Executive VP of Technologies for Randstad US, Professionals, Robert oversees the entire Technologies division, which includes Randstad Technologies, Technisource, and B2B Workforce. Still retaining his title of President of Randstad Technologies, Robert manages the national and regional sales efforts in its 40+ business units across the U.S. In addition, he oversees the company's key functions including the marketing, technology, and employee development groups as well as all other operational support departments. Accelerating growth and expanding Randstad Technologies' market presence are Robert's key initiatives. In line with this, he also directs management of DB Concepts, Randstad Technologies' international recruiting arm, which handles all the company's immigration and global hiring activities as well as the strategic development of offshore and near shore recruiting capabilities with facilities in Hyderabad, India.
Company History
Robert joined Randstad Technologies, formerly Sapphire Technologies, in 1994 as an Account Manager in the company's corporate headquarters in Woburn, Massachusetts. Throughout his career with the company, he has held multiple roles including Branch Manager, Regional Manager, and Vice President. Most recently, as Executive Vice President, Robert was responisble for the day-to-day sales strategy for the organization and was instrumental for reinforcing the company's culture. Robert's steadfast leadership has helped position the organization to sustain economic changes and market fluctuations. Under his skilled direction, Randstad Technologies has experienced tremendous growth and development with clients in virtually every sector.
Philanthropic Activities
Robert is actively involved in contributing to our local community. He is currently an active board member of the Fidelity House Human Services organization. This nonprofit agency is dedicated to providing information, services, and choices to individuals with disabilities and their families, which help them build a better life for themselves. Additionally, Robert also serves as a member of the American Cancer Society CEOs Against Cancer program. This elite partnership among chief executives of leading businesses, representing millions of workers worldwide to enhance intellectual exchange, works to develop future diverse cancer fighting solutions and to support the American Cancer Society mission.
