As the vice President of Permament Practice, Dino is responsible for the overall Permanent Placement strategy for all of Randstad Technologies US.
Professional History
Dino brings over 20 years of experience in the IT industry - the bulk of that in IT staffing and direct hire sales for Robert Half International. Dino joined the Technisource team in 2010, and was responsible for growing and managing our direct hire practice.
Prior to joining Technisource, he served as managing vice president of RHI's major accounts group, where he worked with a team of 35 VPs across North America and Europe, with responsibility for sales training, best practice implementation and sales growth for over 500 strategic accounts. Additionally, throughout his professioanl career with RHI, Dino was responsible for managing sales and recruiting teams of 100-200 located in up to 30 branch locations ranging from $90-180M in revenue.
