Andrew Speer
President, Solutions
Andy serves as the President of the Technology Solutions division and is responsible for the overall strategy and execution of the solutions business for the Randstad US, Technologies divisions. In addition, he oversees Technisource’s National Account Teams and National Recruiting Division.
Prior to his current role, Andy was the Vice President of Delivery for Technisource. In this role, Andy lead the Technology Solutions division, Field Operations, National Recruiting, National Accounts and was responsible for strategy execution and transformation. He began his career at Technisource as a Regional Vice President over the Southeast Region.
Prior to Technisource, Andy was the Executive Vice President of Recruiting for Alternative Resource Corporation (ARC).
Andy has been honored with multiple distinguished service awards, and was the two-time recipient of the Manager of the Year by ARC.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Sonoma State University; has been quoted in many industry leading publications and is a frequent speaker at industry events.
